Building Tech Careers for Underprivileged Graduates
BridgeTech is a flagship initiative by YuMe learning in partnership with NASSCOM Foundation, designed to empower economically disadvantaged graduates through industry-aligned training in Data Analytics and Cybersecurity.
The 220-hour program blends technical instruction, soft skills development, and hands-on projects, with certification endorsed by NASSCOM. It also includes placement support and post-program mentorship to ensure students don't just learn — they land.
To date, BridgeTech has trained 300 students from underserved backgrounds, with a placement rate of 60%. Beyond skill development, the program focuses on boosting confidence, employability, and career clarity for young people facing structural disadvantages — creating a real bridge to opportunity.
